TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to your use of the Apetohmi Holdings LLC website and our SMS inquiry and follow-up program. Any separately signed service agreement governs the paid services covered by that agreement.
Our Services
Apetohmi Holdings LLC provides automated lead recovery and follow-up support for home service businesses. We are not an HVAC contractor, plumber, electrician, or other trade provider. We do not diagnose equipment problems, quote trade-service prices, or guarantee service availability.
SMS Program
The Apetohmi Holdings LLC SMS program sends non-marketing messages about your inquiry, requested service information, and follow-up.
You may subscribe by entering your phone number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting an inquiry without selecting it does not authorize text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may contact us by email or phone without subscribing to SMS.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our SMS program. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number provided.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our communications with you. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. No further messages will be sent through this program unless you subscribe again.
To request to rejoin, complete the website opt-in process again or contact us for assistance. We will obtain renewed consent before resuming messages.
